Description

Ocean Blue is situated on one of Ventura County's quietest beaches. Located steps to the sand in one direction and to the Channel Island Harbor in the other.

Ocean Blue is a 2 story beach home, with 4 bedroom, 3 bath. It can easily accommodate 8 guests comfortably. On the First level there are 2 Large Bedrooms and a shared Bath. The Second level features a bright and open Living, Dining and Kitchen area that flows out to a deck that looks out onto the the beach. There is a large Master Bedroom with private bath, along with the third bedroom and bath.

Home is equipped with Free WIFI, Gas Fireplace, Microwave, Washing Machine & Dryer, Charcoal BBQ, Coffee maker (filters), Toaster, Blender, and basic Cooking Equipment.

Beach Amenities: Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, Wave board, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Bikes, and Scooters.

House Rules

No Smoking Policy
All properties are non-smoking. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and possible damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors.

No Event/Party Policy
No loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively "events") are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Beach View Real Estate. Holding an event without receiving prior approval, permit or permission from Beach View Real Estate is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Beach View Real Estate may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits. Only those guests listed on the attached guest list to this rental agreement may reside in the property during the reservation periods.

No Hold Over Policy
Beach View Real Estate attempts to ensure that all our properties are fully booked and reserved for the owners of the vacation rental properties. Unfortunately, we cannot permit you to remain on the vacation rental property beyond the date and time that you have previously agreed to. If you hold over or remain on the vacation rental property beyond the time and date of checkout, you agree and consent to being charged an additional 1 and ½ times the daily rate and to being removed from the premises and locked out of the property by Beach View Real Estate, its representatives, and/or law enforcement. You further consent to permit Beach View Real Estate to remove your personal belongings to a location of the Manager's choice, where you may retrieve them.

Pets are not allowed

Occupancy Limits
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Our rental rates are based upon a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Children are counted in total occupancy. Guests who violate the occupancy limits will be in violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement and will be required to vacate and will be deny further access to premises. No refunds will be issued due to violation of the house rules, noise ordinances, or occupancy limits.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus the Non-Refundable Deposit will be issued only when a written cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. 10% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable (the Non-Refundable Deposit). Cancellations within 15 days of arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued, minus the Non-Refundable Deposit. All refunds will be issued in the form of the payment received, and within 7-10 business days. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
You may submit a written request to change your reservation at least 30 days prior to your Arrival Date. In the event we can accommodate your request, a $35 Reservation Change Fee will be applied.
All reservations are final, regardless of inclement weather, or other circumstances.
Note: Bookings made through 3rd party websites may include different and/or more strict cancellation policies, depending on the website. The guest is subject to the Cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, and through the website on which they are booking. Should short-term rentals be prohibited during Guest occupancy dates by state or local authorities, Guests will receive a full refund.
