Description

Silver Strand Beach is the most popular beach in Oxnard. A destination for surfing, kayaking, fishing, biking, building sand castles and just plain relaxing! It is across the street from the beach and within walking distance to local eateries.
The First Floor has 2 Bedrooms, Den, and a Bathroom. The 1st bedroom has bunk beds and a queen bed (we don't have pictures of this room yet), the 2nd bedroom has a twin day bed. The Second Floor has the Kitchen, Living room, Dining Area, and 2 big bedrooms with bathrooms off of each room.
Home is equipped with: WIFI, Patio with seating, Charcoal BBQ, Outdoor Shower, Interior Gas Fireplace, Microwave, Washing Machine & Dryer
Paper goods: paper towels, napkins, trash bags/liners, and toilet tissue, Soaps: dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap,
Small Appliances: coffee maker, toaster, blender, misc. cooking equipment, and a Ping Pong Table.
Beach Amenities: Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, Wave boards, Children's Sand Toys, Beach wagon, and Bikes.

House Rules

No Smoking Policy All properties are non-smoking. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and possible damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors.

Occupancy Limits Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Our rental rates are based upon a maximum of two people per bedroom. Children are counted in total occupancy. Guests who violate the occupancy limits will be in violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement and will be required to vacate and will be denied further access to premises. No refunds will be issued due to violation of the house rules, noise ordinances, or occupancy limits.

No Event/Party Policy No loud celebrations, parties or other private events (collectively "events") are to be held at the vacation rental property during your occupancy, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Beach View Real Estate. Holding an event without receiving prior approval, permit or permission from Beach View Real Estate is considered an abuse and breach of these Terms and Conditions and is cause for immediate termination of occupancy. Upon any infraction of rules, Beach View Real Estate may, at its sole option, terminate all agreements with you, including termination of occupancy immediately. In this event, you will forfeit all monies, including security deposits. Only those guests listed on the attached guest list to this rental agreement may reside in the property during the reservation periods.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus the Non-Refundable Deposit will be issued only when a written cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date. 10% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable (the Non-Refundable Deposit). Cancellations within 15 days of arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued, minus the Non-Refundable Deposit. All refunds will be issued in the form of the payment received, and within 7-10 business days. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
You may submit a written request to change your reservation at least 30 days prior to your Arrival Date. In the event we can accommodate your request, a $35 Reservation Change Fee will be applied.
All reservations are final, regardless of inclement weather, or other circumstances.
Note: Bookings made through 3rd party websites may include different and/or more strict cancellation policies, depending on the website. The guest is subject to the Cancellation policy in place at the time of booking, and through the website on which they are booking. Should short-term rentals be prohibited during Guest occupancy dates by state or local authorities, Guests will receive a full refund.
